Work begins on Britain's first all-electric prison which could save taxpayer £1.1million a year

Work has started on Britain's first all-electric prison - which could save the taxpayer £1.1 million a year amid the energy crisis and reduce emissions. The new £400million jail, will be built in East Yorkshire.
