Victoria: Matthew Guy promises first home buyers $261million stamp duty relief, saving up to $55,000

Victorian Liberal leader Matthew Guy has promised if the Coalition wins the state election, first home buyers will pay zero stamp duty next year, saving people up to $55,000.
