Courts Side With American Airlines Pilot Fired After He Declined Flawed Drug Test Request

DeWitt Ingram, a 21-year American pilot, wants his life back. Ingram was fired after an August 2020 incident in which he declined to take a random drug test that apparently was meant to be taken by someone else.
