Mother, 28, who tried to bite a police officer in front of her three children admits assault

Rebecca Cowen, 28, of Widnes, Cheshire, tried to bite one PC on the wrist and then kicked out at a second constable after they responded to a 999 call from a neighbour on September 18 last year.
