Newborn baby dies after slipping beneath her mother when they both fell asleep on sofa

Newborn baby Lilly-Marie Tina Harris died after slipping beneath her mother when they both fell asleep on the sofa after a bottle-feed at home in Woolwich, south east London, an inquest heard.
