Germany Moves To Legalize Cannabis—Would Be Largest European Country To Do So

Health minister Karl Lauterbach said Germany’s government-regulated model could serve as an example for the whole of Europe, where only a few countries have decriminalized cannabis and only one, Malta, has legalized it.
