We made it our personal mission to dedicate as much time to ourselves as possible and indulge in tons of self-care. For us, self-care comes in many forms; physical, mental, and spiritual. For the physical aspect - we exercise. For the spiritual - we meditate. And for mental - we spend time with our cats.
