Farmer, 47, with body dysmorphic disorder who took his own life after a 'failed' hair transplant

Gwyndaf Owen, 47, (pictured) was found dead in his garden shed earlier this year after a battle with body dysmorphic disorder and depression. He struggled mentally after his hair transplant.
