Fourth 'Green Goblin' gang member hands herself in: Woman, 26, is charged with robbery and let out

Dariana Peguero, 26, turned herself in to New York City police on Saturday, only to be let go on supervised released. She is the fourth member of the 'Green Goblin' gang to turn herself in.
