September Inflation Figures Are No Cause For Alarm

The headlines for the September CPI release look familiar. The Fed is “losing the war against inflation” because of the “alarming US inflation figures.” While these headlines are great for grabbing people’s attention, they are otherwise not very helpful. Nor accurate.
