Second man, 23, charged over Bishopsgate knife attack and woman, 20, charged with assisting offender

City of London Police announced today that Tyrone Dean, 23, of Willow Walk in Tottenham, north London, has been charged with two counts of robbery, and three counts of grievous bodily harm.
