Labour accused of flip-flopping over allowing workers to keep new income tax cut 

Leader Sir Keir Starmer previously said that it was 'correct' for the Government to reduce the basic rate from 20p to 19p next year, a measure announced in Kwasi Kwarteng's mini-Budget.
