FinCEN Releases Final Rule On Beneficial Ownership Information And Its Effect On Creditor-Debtor Law

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network has released its final rule implementing the Corporate Transparency Act to require the filing of Beneficial Ownership Information Reports for LLCs and other business entities.
