Parking wardens are slapping drivers with £100 charges for leaving cars over-hanging the white lines

Julian Griffiths, 59, parked his Renault Clio at Parc Tawe Retail Park in Swansea for 10 minutes, while father-of-two Craig Court, from North Hill, was also slapped with a £100 fine.
