Battery-Swapping Unlikely To Ruffle Fragile U.S., European Chargers

The revival of battery-swapping is unlikely to catch on in a big way outside China unless governments force automakers to standardize batteries and insist their vehicles are swap compatible. This is good news for electric car chargers, under pressure because of opaque payment systems.
