Colombian mother who committed suicide was called a 'bad mother' by workers at the shelter

The 32-year-old Colombian mother who committed suicide at a family shelter in Queens was told 'she was a bad mother' and had broken some of the shelter's rules days before she took her life, according to a friend of the deceased.
