BBC editor says bosses put Afghan staff's lives at risk when Taliban swept to power 

BBC editor Saleem Patka claimed the BBC left 'the majority of our staff exposed to the fickleness and cruelty of the Taliban', but his claims have been dismissed by an employment tribunal.
