Westpac now expecting an extra rate rise next year taking cash rate to 3.6 per cent by February

Westpac is now expecting the Reserve Bank to raise interest rates to a 10-year high of 3.6 per cent by February 2023. Chief economist Bill Evans said tackling inflation was its key priority.
