Head chef at award-winning pub sacked for 'double dipping' and serving food 'unfit for consumption' 

A head chef at acclaimed gastropub was fired after 'double-dipping' his fingers into sauce, serving up other customers' unused gravy and mussels 'unfit for human consumption,' a tribunal has heard.
