Dow Jones slumps by 891 points as inflation remains stubbornly high at 8.3%

Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 891 points or 2.71 per cent as of 12.30pm, to 31,486.89 as the latest inflation data sparked fears that the Fed will continue its aggressive path of rate hikes.
