CIA says Putin's invasion 'already a failure' as well as showing 'weakness of Russia's military' 

Director William Burns said that Putin had erred in underestimating Ukrainian will and ability to resist his invasion, and he continues to fatally underestimate the resolve of the West to support Kyiv.
