Qantas passenger who is disabled forced to miss two and wait six hours to return him to Brisbane

Emma Weatherley, who is disabled, hit a snag in her business trip coming back from the US when Qantas staff made her 'wait for ages' and then couldn't get her onto her flight because of her wheelchair.
