Update: NRG-Funded Report Says Texas Ratepayers On Hook For $10.5 Billion Due To Uri, Oklahomans Facing $2.8 Billion In Debt

Two days ago in these pages, I published a piece that put the utility debt related to Winter Storm Uri that will have to be repaid by Texas ratepayers at $10.1 billion. A new report commissioned by NRG Energy puts that sum at $10.5 billion.
