Killer, 31, who strangled Lily Sullivan, 18, to death is jailed for 23 years

Lewis Haines, 31, has been jailed at Cardiff Crown Court for life with a minimum term of 23 years for the murder of Lily Sullivan, 18, in Pembroke, after she refused to have sex with him.
