Video shows two black cops use taser on handcuffed white woman as she sat on the ground in Michigan

The arrest happened on July 29 in downtown Flint at around 10.30 pm, as the two policemen were called to the area to arrest the woman, who is accused of assaulting a person at a bar and a police officer.
