RSPCA Queensland find a dead dog tied to a tree near Bald Hills, Brisbane, Tinchi Tamba Boat Ramp

The RSPCA have been left horrified by a deliberate act of animal cruelty that saw a dog beaten on the head and left tied to a tree, dead, for four days.
