Tiahleigh Palmer's mum lashes out at her daughter's killer Rick Thorburn as he's found unresponsive

Rick Thorburn was found unresponsive in his jail cell on Tuesday morning. He was jailed for life over the murder of Tiahleigh in October, 2015. The gir's mother, Cindy Palmer, said he was a 'putrid grub'.
