NYC realtor charges $20k broker's fee for 1-bed Upper West Side apartment listed for $1,750 a month

Ari Wilford, who works for Manhattan-based agency City Wide Apartments was the agent of the flat on the Upper West Side. The unit was first listed for rent at $3,750 a month in July before its price dropped.
