Cheese is a very big deal in Wisconsin. So is Sargento Foods Inc. a leading cheese maker. Recently NASCAR driver Josh Bilicki unwillingly carried a sign for the company during a race. Turns out the Sargento CEO was there, and the rest as they say, is history.
