Tiny child falls out of car in Texas before frantic woman rushes to scoop youngster up off-road

Dashcam footage of the incident in Houston, Texas, was shared on Tuesday, as it took place on a feeder lane at the intersection of I-69 and Hillcroft Avenue. The baby came out of the fall unscathed.
