Killer uses human rights laws to block Britain's parole reforms because he has 'right to liberty' 

Adrian Bailey and another man left David Beech in a pool of blood outside a Stoke pub in 1998. The victory hinged partly on his 'right to liberty' under the European Convention on Human Rights.
