Pensioner whose neighbours were savaged during a dog attack reveals she is 'terrified to go outside'

Police were called to an incident on Nottingham Road in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, on Friday at 6pm. A woman in her 20s and her two children were seen covered in blood and bite marks by a bystander.
