Emergency crews search River Thames for 'male teenager' who 'got into difficulty while swimming' 

Emergency crews are searching for a man in his 'mid- to late-teens' who is thought to have gotten into difficulty in the River Thames after swimming close to Hampton Court Palace, in Richmond.
