Parliamentary Panel Recommends Uniform Law On Adoption For All Religions

A parliamentary panel has said there was a need to harmonise the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act and the Juvenile Justice Act to bring out a uniform and comprehensive legislation on adoption.
