Top German diplomat in Brazil accused of beating his husband to death

Uwe Herbert Hahn (right), the German consul to Brazil, has been arrested on suspicion of beating husband Walter Henri Maximilien Biot (left) to death at the couple's flat in Rio de Janeiro.
