Tory leadership vote gets hit by delay after warnings ballots 'could be vulnerable to hackers' 

According to The Telegraph, the new system will mean that voters in the UK Tory leadership contest will be given a postal ballot with a unique code. The code will be deactivated after the vote is cast.
