Two thugs on Citi Bikes open fire on the sidewalk of a Harlem street in broad daylight

Two men riding Citi Bikes were seen opening fire on the sidewalk in Harlem earlier this month, in broad daylight, as an elderly man with a walker was forced to take cover, video released Friday shows.
