Now environmentalists slam oil and gas leasing in Manchin's multi-billion dollar spending package

The reconciliation package negotiated by Sen. Joe Manchin provides $369 billion for energy and climate programs, but also requires new oil and gas lease sales in the Gulf and in Alaska's Cook Inlet.
