Alan Kohler ABC finance guru: Interest rates will FALL in Australia and inflation is going down 

Despite the doom and gloom of the latest economic data, ABC's Alan Kohler is confident interest rates will stay below 3 per cent - and says the RBA will be slashing loan rates again within months.
