Pregnant mother and her baby died just two days apart 'after she was transferred to unsuitable ward'

Sumera Haq, 37, was eight months' pregnant when she contracted the virus. She was rushed to a Leytonstone maternity clinic, before being transferred to a medical clinic two days later.
