Motorists blast Sadiq Khan over plans to expand ULEZ and slap drivers with £12 charge OUTSIDE London

Transport for London (TfL) is consulting on expanding the ULEZ to cover the whole of Greater London - including Bromley, Wembley, Croydon and Ealing - from August next year.
