McDonald's drive-thru turned away two men on horse-and-cart because their 'vehicle isn't a vehicle'

Two hungry men on a horse-and-cart were turned away from a McDonald's drive-thru after the worker behind the tannoy said 'your vehicle isn't a vehicle' branding it a health and safety hazard.
