Panasonic To Build Second EV Battery Factory In U.S. To Expand Beyond Tesla

As Tesla continues to diversify its suppliers, Panasonic, its main battery supplier in the U.S., is building a $4 billion electric vehicle battery factory in Kansas as a route toward competing in the increasingly competitive field of EV batteries and ease off its dependence on the EV pioneer.
