“Work By Choice” On Display At Trader Joe’s

What can employers do to make work so enjoyable that seniors will choose work—even part-time work—over leisure? Trader Joe's seems to have found the answer. The grocery store appears to have created a “work by choice” workforce. People seem to work there solely because they want to work there.
