Police launch urgent hunt for mother, 33, and her four young children missing from Merthyr Tydfil

Jemma, 33, and her children Christopher, 11, Julian, nine, Maddison, seven and Stephen, three, were last seen in the Merthyr Tydfil area on Monday, according to police.
