ACT's ban on petrol cars by 2035 could be exploited as Canberra drivers address NSW border

While the ACT government announced plans to ban petrol-powered cars and 'light' diesel trucks by 2035 the reality is Canberrans can still drive whatever they want until they are ready to switch.
