Netflix’s Resident Evil has gotten off to a strong start in terms of viewership on Netflix, supplanting Stranger Things in the US, and is #1 in 50 total countries at the moment. Critics have been harsh, and viewers have been harsher, but it seems the show could perform well enough for a season 2.
