Sainsbury's chief warns of pressure on budgets as Lurpak butter price goes from £5.90 to £7.25 

Pictures posted on social media showed that a 750g pack of Lurpak's lightly salted spreadable butter is now being sold in Sainsbury's for £7.25. The price until recently was £5.90.
