Court Ruling Opens Door For EB-5 Foreign Investor Immigrants

Recent litigation regarding the U.S. EB-5 Regional Center Investor Immigration Program has met with success. While there could still be issues that might arise, hopefully those will be sorted out in due course. The result is a window of opportunity has opened up for at least some foreign investors.
