Forget Gas Tax Holidays. Bigger State Tax Cuts And Stimulus Checks Are In The Works

With the fiscal year starting July 1 and a budget surplus, 27 states and DC have passed different state-tax cuts for income, sales, gas and earned income, as well as another wave of stimulus checks.
